Joe Foulkes signed his first professional contract in June 2021.
Foulkes featured with the first team during pre-season and subsequently joined Kidderminster Harriers on loan in July 2021 after impressing against them in a friendly.
He had a successful spell at Aggborough and re-joined for a second spell in July 2022 and played a key role in helping Harriers win promotion to the National League in May 2023.
Foulkes signed fresh terms with the Saddlers in June 2023.
