Disabled Supporters & Accessibility

There are 36 wheelchair bays in the Experienced Energy Solutions Stand (26 home, 10 away), which are at pitch-level.

A number of seats are available on the front row of the Main Stand, Poundland Lower Tier and Experienced Energy Solutions Stand which are suitable for supporters who are unable to climb steps or require extra legroom.

During inclement/poor weather, alternative seating may be available to both the disabled supporter and their carer in the Stadium Suite.

A lift is available so you will not be required to climb stairs unnecessarily.

Please email sam.page@walsallfc.co.uk or call 01922 651416 for further information.

Ponchos have been donated to the club for wheelchair disabled supporters to use in adverse weather conditions; these are booked on a match-by-match basis.

A wheelchair has also been donated for ambulant disabled supporters who are unable to walk from their car to their seat.

Please contact Samantha Page, Disabled Supporter Liaison Officer, for more information – sam.page@walsallfc.co.uk

Tickets are available to purchase over the phone, in person at the Ticket Office and online at www.eticketing.co.uk. Please contact the Ticket Office to register for online bookings.

Carers will attend free of charge, with the disabled supporter paying the price applicable to their age category in the area they wish to be seated.

We are currently looking into introducing online booking of disabled & carer tickets.

To be able to take advantage of this system once it is in place, you must be registered on our system as a disabled supporter who requires a carer, or as a carer who primarily purchases the tickets for yourself and the person you assist.

If you have previously registered with us, you will be automatically enabled once this system is in place.

If you are in doubt as to whether you are registered, please contact us and we can check our system for you.

Disabled supporters are able to purchase season tickets in the Community, Poundland Stand (lower, middle and upper) and Main stands.

The Poundland Stand middle and upper tiers is not recommended for supporters with walking difficulties due to the number of steps to access this area.

In the Main Stand, senior and junior tickets may only be purchased in blocks J & K.

Please speak to the Ticket Office for more information and if you require any advice.

We currently have 25 dedicated disabled parking spaces on site.

These are all allocated to season ticket holders, but should you require disabled parking, please speak to the car park stewards on your arrival and they will help find the best available space. Please have your blue badge clearly displayed. We also offer a ‘drop-off’ service close to the turnstiles.

All parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the game, with car parks open from midday for a Saturday matchday and 5pm for weekday matches.

Parking is £7 per car, although there are additional charges for minibuses and coaches. Pre-booking of parking is not available.

If the block in which you normally sit is made available to away supporters for a specific match, or you wish to sit in the Stadium Suite due to inclement weather, alternative parking may be available to use.

Please email sam.page@walsallfc.co.uk or ring 01922 651416 for further information.

For a more detailed view of these areas, click here.

Supporters sitting in the Poundland Stand lower tier can access the Community Hub, while those seated in the middle and upper tiers can use the Stadium Suite.

Access to the Savoy Lounge is only available to pass holders before the game and at half-time.

Access to all of the above areas is subject to availability.

Matchday packages - which include a three-course meal, half-time refreshments, parking, a matchday programme and a match ticket - are available for all home matches in our Bonser Suite and can be booked through our Ticket Office.

Season ticket holders can book pre-match meals in our matchday restaurant through the Ticket Office.

All meals and packages must be pre-booked and are subject to availability.

Lift access is available in the Bonser Suite reception area (Savoy Lounge entrance), which leads to the Savoy Lounge, matchday restaurant, executive boxes and 1888 Lounge.

If you wish to take advantage of our matchday packages, should it prove difficult to move between your normal seat and the Bonser Suite, alternative seating arrangements may be made for you and your carer.

Please email sam.page@walsallfc.co.uk or ring 01922 651416 for further information.

We currently have 5 accessible toilets available which are located in the Bonser Suite entrance (1), the Stadium Suite (1) and the Community Stand (3).

Please note, there are no accessible toilets available in the Away End. Away supporters are advise to ask a steward who will escort you to the nearest accesible toilet.

Signage in the ground will indicate the direction of the closest accessible toilet. Should you require assistance in getting to and/or from an accessible toilet, please ask a steward.

Away travel is run by the Walsall FC Supporters' Trust.

Email wfsctravelsection@gmail.com or visit their office at the back of the B.A.T (Away) Stand, open only on matchdays.

To register with us to purchase disabled tickets, supporters will need to show one of the following:

  • Receipt of the middle or higher rate of the Disability Living Allowance (mobility or care component) or PIP equivalent
  • Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance
  • A personal letter from your General Practitioner

Receipt of an orange/blue disabled parking badge WILL NOT be considered sufficient proof of disability for a concessionary ticket price.
