Families & Young Supporters

We have a dedicated family section in the Experienced Energy Solutions Stand, along one side of the pitch.

Swifty's Squad (Under-12s)

Under-12s can watch all home league games for free as part of Swifty's Squad by attending each match with a full-paying adult or senior citizen.

Saddlers Crew (12-17s)

Saddlers Crew members (12-17s) can purchase a Season Ticket for £92 up front and recoup £4 for each game they attend.

The money accumulated from games attended will be refunded at the end of the season.

To become a Saddlers Crew member, please email tickets@walsallfc.co.uk

A family ticket comprises one ticket for a parent/guardian* and one ticket for a child.

These are only available in the Experienced Energy Solutions Stand and Poundland Middle and Upper tiers and can be purchased in person at the Ticket Office or online.

To book online, select the first seat you wish to purchase and choose the ‘Adult Family’ option, then select your second seat and choose ‘Junior Family’ to make it a family ticket. You can also add one extra junior by selecting the ‘Extra Junior’ option when adding a third seat.

Please note: the family ticket isn’t open to sibling or friendship groups and tickets for these supporters should be purchased at the appropriate age-related cost.

*Guardian includes grandparent/aunt/uncle/legal guardian.

Our Junior Fan Zone is located within the Experienced Energy Solutions Stand and available to all supporters with a valid matchday ticket, opening from 1.00pm on a Saturday matchday and 6.15pm for a midweek game.

Access to the Fan Zone is not available from other stands so if your ticket is not in the Experienced Energy Solutions Stand, be sure to head to the Fan Zone before entering the stadium!

The Fan Zone is fully-equipped with a soft play area for under-7s, a game area where older children can play PlayStation 4 and lego tables.

There is also a selfie zone, where supporters can tweet their images into Walsall FC Foundation's Twitter (@WFCFoundation_), and a snack and bar area serving hot food and drinks and items of merchandise.

When visiting the Poundland Bescot Stadium, make sure you come and say hello to the Saddlers' legendary club mascot, Swifty!

Swifty will roam everywhere on a matchday - around the ground, inside the stadium, up in the suites - so keep your eyes peeled!

Supporters can also get in touch with Swifty by emailing swifty@walsallfc.co.uk. Send in your photos with Swifty and they could be published in the matchday programme!

If it's also your birthday or first ever Saddlers match, email Swifty and he will send out a souvenir!

Our children's book 'Swifty' tells the story of how one little swift bird became the Saddlers' club mascot.

Ideal for children between the ages of three and six, the storybook retails at £5.99 and was produced as a joint-project between Walsall FC and Walsall Studio School.

It is hoped 'Swifty' - on sale in the Club Shop - will help youngsters develop their reading skills.

Get your hands on one of our Swifty mascot toys for just £28. These have proved extremely popular among our younger Saddlers!

We have a wide range of pocket money items - including key rings, stationery and autograph books - available to purchase from the Club Shop during the week and on matchday.

Baby changing facilities are available in the Savoy Lounge, the Poundland Stand, the Experienced Energy Solutions Stand and the Poundland Lower tier female toilets.

Supporters in the Poundland Middle and Upper tier and the B.A.T (Away) Stand, should ask the nearest steward to be escorted to the Community Room.

Kids Snack Boxes are available for £3.50 and contain a small hotdog, Pom Bears, Fruit Shoot and a Freddo.

Walsall FC, along with all other EFL clubs across the country, are reinforcing a league-wide commitment to saying no to bad language and aggressive behavior in family areas on matchdays. Junior and family attendances across the EFL has risen significantly over recent seasons, a ringing endorsement of clubs’ extensive work to reach out, attract and engage with families.

Supporting all of this work is the EFL’s Enjoy the Match Campaign, an initiative that for many seasons has helped clubs to promote a zero-tolerance policy on anti-social behaviour in family areas. The Enjoy the Match campaign can be seen across all EFL league stadia and, alongside the EFL’s Family Excellence Awards Scheme, it plays a crucial role in helping clubs to attract families and young supporters to EFL matches.

Here at Walsall FC, we want our fans to feel safe and part of a vibrant exciting matchday experience. We ask all supporters to encourage the players, respect the match officials and help to create a great atmosphere inside the Poundland Bescot Stadium.
