Bradshaw back with a bang...

HOT-SHOT, Tom Bradshaw, returned from injury to notch his sixth goal of the season to give The Saddlers a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Chesterfield at the weekend.

The summer signing had been laid low with a hamstring problem since the beginning of the month, but returned to the fray with a lively display against The Spireites.

"The three points were massive," he said. "Hopefully now we can build upon this and put a few wins together.

"Chesterfield are a decent side and made life difficult for us at times, but we have no fear of any team in this League.

"We've picked up some good points at home so far this season and now the aim is to start doing it on our travels too.

"It's been frustrating watching from the sidelines over the past few weeks, so it was great to be back out there again on Saturday and to score the winner was the icing on the cake.

"It was the first time this season that the Gaffer has been able to select from a fully fit squad; we have a talented group of players here and have to be looking towards attacking the play-offs now.

"We can't wait for the next game to come around and we will go to Notts County determined to get some points on the road."
