Walsall signed attacking midfielder Otis Khan on a short-term deal in October 2021 on a free transfer.

Khan spent the 2020/21 season at Tranmere Rovers where he played 49 times and helped them reach the play-offs.

Khan began his professional career at Sheffield United and enjoyed loan spells at Buxton, Matlock Town and Barrow during his time at Bramall Lane.

He left the Blades in January 2016 and a short spell at Barnsley followed.

In the summer of 2016, he joined Yeovil Town in League Two where he really kickstarted his career. He spent two years at Huish Park and scored 18 goals in 87 appearances.

Khan’s form attracted the attention of Mansfield Town who signed him for an undisclosed fee in June 2018.

He netted four times during his spell at Field Mill prior to a loan move to Newport County in January 2020.

His spell at Tranmere followed before his departure from Prenton Park in the summer of 2021 and he remained a free agent until his move to the Banks's Stadium.
