Stefan has served on the Board of Directors of Walsall Football Club since August 2007, initially as Financial Director and as Chief Executive Officer from July 2010.
A fully qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and University of Liverpool Graduate, he originally joined the Club as Management Accountant back in September 2002 from Accountancy Firm BDO Stoy Hayward.
Working closely with the other members of the Executive Board, Stefan as CEO, is responsible for the overall management of all Football, Conference & Events and Commercial matters at the Club.
In addition to his role at Walsall FC, Stefan has served as a Main Board Director of the English Football League (EFL), which included sitting on the League’s Commercial, Regulations, Remuneration, Audit and Nominations Committees.
He has also represented the Football Association when English National Teams have played abroad as a member of their Ambassadorial Panel. Stefan is also a Trustee of the Walsall FC Community Programme.
