Steve Miller started as a coach for a local grassroots team in Birmingham, managing the team for four seasons at Under 9s to Under 12s
In 2018, Steve left his role as a grassroots coach to join Leicester City Academy as a regional YDP grassroot scout covering the Birmingham and Coventry areas.
In 2020, was appointed as the Senior Emerging Talent Scout overseeing the West Midlands Region.
Steve joined Walsall FC in September 2021 as Head of Academy Recruitment.
