Walsall Football Club would like to take this opportunity to reaffirm its commitment to regular communication and engagement with supporters.
We recently outlined what lines of communication supporters can expect but we are keen to strengthen our methods of communication in a bid to give fans a stronger voice and for the Club to engage more effectively with supporters.
With this in mind, we are working to produce our inaugural fan engagement plan that will be shaped by the fans, for the fans.
We will now begin a fan consultation process to aid us in forming this plan.
The first part of the process will be a fan engagement survey which we encourage all supporters to participate in. This survey will enable us to capture feedback on the existing level of fan engagement and help us identify ways we can improve.
By early March, we will publish the results and feedback from the survey.
We will then host a Fan’s Forum to discuss survey feedback in more detail.
By the end of March 2024, our inaugural fan engagement plan will be published to supporters.
