Walsall Women came from behind for the second week running to earn a draw against Coventry City at Dales Lane on Sunday.
After a goalless first half, the visitors opened the scoring on 49 minutes.
The Saddlers drew level on 68 minutes as Emily Golding bagged her first goal of the season.
It was a hard-fought battle between the two teams but neither could find a winner and took a share of the spoils.
The point left Walsall in fifth place in the West Midlands Regional League Division One North table with just one defeat from their first five matches.
The girls are back in action on Sunday as Leek Town Reserves visit Dales Lane in the league, 2pm kick-off.
Admission is £2 for Adults and £1 for Concessions.
A reminder that Walsall Season Ticket holders and Members can attend all Walsall Women home games for free if they show their Season Ticket or Membership card.
Elsewhere, Steve Guest has added to his squad with the signing of Rhiannon Bate to bolster his midfield options.
Guest has been dealt a further blow as defender Lauren Pearson has confirmed she will be having surgery on her wrist and will be out for a number of months.
Well, it’s now all confirmed surgery is booked for Thursday next week for my wrist. If all goes well, 3 more months until I’m back at football đŠ
