This week the U18’s were put through their paces in Parsons Barracks, Donnington as part of the British Army Sports Engagement STEPS programme.
It was a fantastic opportunity for the scholars to bond as a team and reinforce the academies five core values of Respect, Willingness to learn, Commitment, Humility and especially hard work.
It was a valuable experience for the lads who performed superbly throughout as a squad and as individuals.
It also gave the scholars the chance to see their Head of Education in his Army Reserve Sports Engagement Role which reinforced to those involved how many potential transferable skills and attributes scholars have which will allow them to operate in any arduous, elite environment.
