The Saddlers are back at the Poundland Bescot Stadium tomorrow as we welcome Premier League outfit Leicester City in the fourth round of the Emirates FA Cup, kick-off 12.30pm.
Here is a useful, detailed guide for supporters attending the match.
TICKETS
We would like to remind supporters that this game has SOLD OUT and there are no more tickets available to purchase. If you do not have a ticket for the game, please DO NOT travel to the Poundland Bescot Stadium as you will be unable to attend.
Supporters who have opted to collect their tickets from the stadium can do so on the day from window 5 of the Ticket Office, which will be open from 9am up until kick-off.
With tomorrow’s game being sold out, supporters are reminded to please sit in their allocated seats as shown on their match ticket and ensure all stairways are clear.
If you have any issues with your ticket when trying to enter through the turnstiles, please head to the Ticket Office and they will be able to assist you.
CLUB SHOP
The Club Shop will be open from 10am tomorrow up until kick-off for supporters looking to browse through our latest products.
With the game being sold out, we advise supporters to allow plenty of time to browse around the Club Shop.
TRAVEL
There will be additional rail services passing through Bescot Stadium Station tomorrow.
Trains will call additionally at 11:32am and 12:02pm from Birmingham, and at 11:54am from Walsall.
Post-match there are additional calls at 14:32 and 15:02 towards Walsall and at 14:54 and 15:24 towards Birmingham.
SUPPORTERS ZONE
We have a new Supporters Zone in the undercroft between the Tile Choice Main Stand and Poundland Stand.
In this area at tomorrow’s game, supporters will find:
- A concession unit
- A bar
- A DJ
- Free Face Painting
- Inflatable Goal
If you’re planning on heading to the Supporters Zone, please arrive as early as possible and soak up the matchday atmosphere!
JUNIOR FAN ZONE
The Junior Fan Zone in the Experienced Energy Solutions Community Stand will not be open to home supporters on Saturday.
Instead, Leicester City fans will be housed in this area and there will be a temporary away bar for away supporters to utilise inside.
TEXT SERVICE
We have a text service for supporters who can anonymously report any incidents they see inside or outside the stadium.
Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated at the Poundland Bescot Stadium.
If you see or hear any forms of discriminative behaviour during your visit, please text 07585 858 030 as soon as possible with details of the incident and location in the stadium so that it can be dealt with.
Please note that incidents that are reported after the game will be picked up during the normal office hours.
IFOLLOW
Please note that tomorrow’s game will NOT be available on our iFollow service.
Audio commentary will be available to those with seasonal and monthly subscriptions.
Tomorrow’s game will however be available via the BBC red button and iPlayer.
STADIUM SUITE
The Stadium Suite will be open from 10am to all home supporters.
It will also be open during the half-time interval and after the final whistle.
There will be an additional pop up bar in the Stadium Suite tomorrow.
Prior to kick-off there will be some exclusive interviews in the suite with our matchday host.
With the game being sold out, we expect the suite to be extremely busy throughout the day. It is licensed to a certain capacity and should we reach that capacity, we will be unable to accommodate further supporters so please be aware entry to the Stadium Suite is on a first come first serve basis.
COMMUNITY HUB
The Mick Kearns Community Hub situated in the Poundland lower tier will also be open from 10am before the game, at half time and after the final whistle to home supporters.
Prior to kick-off there will be some exclusive interviews with our matchday host.
Similarly to the Stadium Suite, we expect the Community Hub to be extremely busy so please arrive as early as possible to access the area.
AWAY BAR
Leicester City supporters will have access to the away bar in the concourse of the away end.
Away supporters who are in the Experienced Energy Solutions Stand will have access to a bar in the Junior Fan Zone.
Away supporters will also have access to a concession unit located outside the Away Stand, sponsored by B.A.T.
Please note, there aren’t any pubs within walking distance of the stadium.
PROGRAMMES
The latest edition of our programme – Saddlers Shout will be available around the ground, at the Ticket Office and at the Club Shop.
We have an exclusive interview with Robbie Willmott and Donervon Daniels picks his dream five-a-side team of players he has played with so far during his career.
A reminder to supporters that following the recent success of the 80-page special programme for our recent home games against Stockport County and Mansfield Town, we have made the decision to continue producing an 80 page programme.
As a result of the increased pagination, there will be a slight price increase and programmes will now be priced at £4.
