Walsall Football Club can confirm that its pouring rights partnership with Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company (CMBC) will come to an end on Tuesday 31st May.
The business has held pouring rights with the Club for 30 years and have enjoyed a positive and successful working relationship with the Saddlers.
Banks’s – part of CMBC – held the first ever sponsorship of the stadium from 2007 to 2022 and were also shirt sponsors from 1996 to 2007.
Walsall CEO Stefan Gamble has enjoyed working with CMBC over the years and placed on record his thanks for their support.
“I would like to personally thank the brewery for the support they have given the Club over many years of trading with us," he said.
“We’ve enjoyed a long and successful partnership and I wish them well for the future.”
Carl Middleton, CMBC’s VP National Sales said: “As our partnership with Walsall FC comes to an end, we’re proud to have supplied Bescot Stadium with a terrific selection of drinks for Saddlers’ fans to enjoy over the past three decades. Walsall FC have been a great partner and we wish the club the very best going forwards.”
