Walsall Football Club would like to hear from supporters via our 2022 Fans Survey.
After a busy few weeks off the field, we wanted to get back to one of the key projects on our to-do list; to hear from you - the most important stakeholders at Walsall FC - and get your views about the club and life as a Walsall FC supporter.
It was fantastic to have fans back last season after an incredibly challenging 18 months, and we know that the pandemic and other external factors – like the cost of living crisis - play a part in how people view and support the club. So, your feedback is absolutely crucial to us.
Since January we have begun to review and improve the matchday experience at the stadium and we will continue this heading into the 2022/23 season. Part of this project involves us gaining a better understanding of the fans’ perspective as we try to give all existing fans the best experience we can while also attracting many new ones to the club as well.
You can help us to do this by sharing your thoughts.
The survey - which should take less than 10 minutes to complete – will provide us with some key information about the things we need to focus on in the short and longer term, and the findings will form part of our strategic plans and thinking. The survey is divided into seven sections that cover all the key aspects of the club. It will also help us to know how you think about the community, football and sport more generally.
We’d appreciate your feedback and as a thank you we will be giving away two pairs of tickets for a match next season – to be drawn from all those who complete the survey in any format – where you’ll be invited to the board room ahead of kick-off and spend the day as a VIP guest of the club.
Other than providing your details (you can also choose to complete the survey anonymously) for the draw, all your responses will be treated confidentially - the data won’t be used in any other way and it will never be passed to third parties.
