Trivela Foundation form partnership with Walsall FC Foundation

9 August 2022

Trivela Foundation, a USA-based non-profit organisation, is pleased to announce a new-formed partnership with the Walsall FC Foundation.

Trivela Foundation is making an initial grant of just over £35,000 to the Walsall FC Foundation.

This donation will be used to support, inspire and mentor children at a critical stage of their education.

Children should have the resources and support to accomplish their dreams and this donation will be used to support underserved pupils as they move from the final year of primary school to the first year of senior school.

Walsall FC Foundation and Trivela Foundation have taken a needs-based approach in assessing the best use of funds for the community. Adam Davy, Director of The Walsall FC Foundation, believes that a targeted programme to assist youth in Walsall will enable future opportunities for these individuals and their communities at large.

Wesley Hill, VP of Operations and Strategic Partnership at Trivela Group and a Director at Trivela Foundation and Davy have been working closely on this project and are excited to get to work.

Hill has a background of working with global foundations and non-profit organisations and jumped at the opportunity to expand and accelerate the work of the Walsall FC Foundation.

“Upon meeting Adam and his colleagues, I was struck by their dedication and genuine passion to lift up and improve the community. It was infectious, and Trivela was eager to engage on a deeper level,” said Hill.

“There is a legitimate fervour to support and develop not only the Club but the communities that surround us.  This initial donation will be a step in the right direction.”

Davy added: “All of the members of the Trivela Group have shown a real interest in the work carried out by the Walsall FC Foundation.

"Wes has been really hands on with us and very keen to fund raise and develop a project with the investment he has attracted.  It has been a pleasure to work on and develop a project that meets the needs of the community and is something that the club owners are keen to support.

"The initial project will be a 12-month pilot and will support Primary School pupils near Poundland Bescot Stadium.  I can’t wait for the new academic year to start and be able to approach and work with a local school and further support primary school education through sport.”

“We are for the Town of Walsall,” said Benjamin Boycott, Managing Director of Trivela Group and Co-Chairman of Walsall Football Club.

“We are very focused on what happens on the pitch each and every game.  At the same time, we care about the long-term development of the Club, and the positive impact that it can have in this Town in the years to come.

"I am proud of the work that Adam and Wes have done so far and I am eager to see this partnership between Walsall FC Foundation and Trivela Foundation continue to grow.”
