Frequently Asked Questions - 2021/22 Season Tickets

Since the launch of our Home Is Where The Heart Is season ticket campaign, we have received a lot of questions from supporters.

We have compiled the below frequently asked questions guide which should provide fans with more clarity about the campaign.

When do season tickets go on sale?

Season Tickets go on sale on June 21st from 9am when the Fast-Track period begins. Supporters will be able to take advantage of discounted rates until 23.59pm on July 18th.  Season Tickets will then be available at the standard rates from July 19th onwards.

How do I buy a season ticket?

The only way to buy a season ticket is online via our e-ticketing site. Should you encounter any problems buying online at our e-ticketing site, please call the Ticket Office helpline on 01922 651 416 Monday-Friday 9am-3pm.

How do I access the club’s e-ticketing site and how do I use it?

Head to saddlers.co.uk (on your pc, laptop, tablet or smartphone). Hover over the ‘Tickets’ tab and select buy now which will take your straight to our e-ticketing site.

We will be publishing guides on how to purchase season tickets from our e-ticketing site prior to season tickets going on sale and they will be re-shared throughout the campaign.

Will I need to have an account on e-ticketing?

Supporters who have purchased tickets on our e-ticketing site previously will already have an account.

Anyone who hasn’t used the service before will be able to create an account.

Can I buy more than one season ticket at once?

Yes. You buy can more than one season ticket and they will all be sent to your device which will also be able to hold multiple tickets.

You can add friends and family to your network on our e-ticketing site.

We will also be publishing a guide on how to do this prior to season tickets going on sale and it will be re-shared throughout the campaign.

Will I get a season ticket book?

Supporters will not get a season ticket book unlike previous years. Instead, your season ticket will be downloaded on to your smartphone and the QR code will be scanned at the turnstile.

How do I download my season ticket on to my smartphone?

We will be publishing a guide on how to do this prior to season tickets going on sale and it will be re-shared throughout the campaign.

What if I don’t have access to a smartphone or PC?

If you don’t have access to a smartphone or PC you will still be able to purchase a season ticket.

Supporters will be able to download more than one ticket on to their smartphone.  A family member or a friend who you are purchasing your season ticket with will be able to download your ticket onto their phone.

If that is still not possible, please call the Ticket Office helpline (number above) and they will be able to assist you and issue a card for the season.

Will I be able to print off my season ticket at home when it is sent to me?

You will not be able to print off your season ticket. It can only be downloaded to your smartphone.

Can I spread the cost of my season ticket?

Yes. You will be able to spread the cost of your season ticket over six or 12 months using V12 finance.

Will 2020/21 season ticket holders’ seats be reserved for the coming season?

Yes, if you had a 2020/21 season ticket your current seat will be reserved until July 31st.

If you claimed a refund or a pro-rata refund, your seat will also be reserved.

If I am part of the Saddlers Crew Junior Season Ticket, will I still get a £3 at the turnstile for every match I attend?

As the Banks’s Stadium has now become a cashless stadium, Saddlers Crew season ticket holders will not receive £3 in cash on the turnstile but they will still be refunded £3 for every match they attend. The money accumulated from games attended will be refunded at the end of the 2021/22 season.

Can I purchase a Savoy pass?

Savoy passes will not be available for the 2021/22 season.

Supporters who purchased a Savoy Pass for the 20/21 campaign and have not requested a refund can do so by contacting the Ticket Office on 01922651414.

Will the 1888 Lounge be open?

1888 Season Tickets will also be on sale from June 21st.

Will there be any other hospitality packages on offer?

Hospitality packages are currently TBC. We will communicate with supporters once details are confirmed.

Will supporters in the Poundland Stand (Main Stand) be able to access the Stadium Suite with no option of Savoy passes?

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic and the need to promote social distancing; access to the Bonser Suite will be for Hospitality Pass Holders only.

Those supporters who purchased a Savoy Pass for the 20/21 campaign and have not requested a refund can do so by contacting the Ticket Office on 01922651414.

21/22 Poundland Main Stand season ticket holders will have access to the Stadium Suite before, after and at halftime. There will also be a number of concession units available in the covered area underneath the Bonser Suite for the new campaign.

What if I purchase a ticket for the incorrect age category?

Supporters must ensure they purchase tickets for the correct category. If, for example, an adult supporter arrives at the turnstile with a junior ticket then you will be refused entry.

I purchased car parking for the 2020/21 season. Will it be rolled over to the new season?

Yes, your car parking from 2020/21 can be rolled over to the new season. Please inform the Ticket Office by calling 01922 651 416 between 9am-3pm Monday-Friday.

If you purchased car parking for 2020/21 but do not wish to roll over to the new season, please also call the Ticket Office and you will be able to claim a refund.

When will I receive my season ticket to download?

You will receive your season ticket at the end of the Fast-Track period. The exact date will be communicated closer to the time.
