Ahead of tomorrow’s match against Crystal Palace, we would like to provide supporters with the following guide and information.
CASHLESS PARTS OF THE STADIUM
The Banks’s Stadium is now a cashless venue.
Cash will not be accepted across the Ticket Office, Concession Areas, Kiosks and Club Shop.
Any supporter who does not have a credit or debit card will be able to load cash onto a gift card that can be used at kiosks, bars and hospitality areas.
Supporters who wish to deposit cash will need to go to window five of the Ticket Office to do this.
You will be able to upload £10, £20, £30 or £50 onto the gift card. Should you have money left over after the match, please keep your gift card and you will be able to top it up further at future matches.
CASH ONLY AREAS OF THE STADIUM
While we are still in the transitional period of moving cashless, the Green Zone Car Park and purchase of matchday programmes will be CASH ONLY.
Parking in the green zone car park is £5 and programmes will be priced at £2 for our pre-season friendlies (£3 for league matches).
We will communicate again with supporters once the transition has been completed.
TICKETS
Supporters will be able to purchase tickets for tomorrow’s match online and over the phone from 8.30am-10.30am.
Tickets for the Crystal Palace match will go OFF SALE at 10.30am.
The Ticket Office phone lines will remain open for season ticket purchases and Aston Villa tickets until kick-off
STADIUM SUITE & COMMUNITY HUB
The Stadium Suite and Community Hub will be open to supporters before the match.
The Suite and the Hub will close at kick-off and will not be open at half-time or after the game.
CONCESSION UNITS
We will have two concession units – one will be located in the corner of the HomeServe Stand and Poundland Main Stand, the other on the corner of the HomeServe and Community Stand.
The concession units will serve chips, burgers, hot dogs, pies, confectionary, hot drinks and soft drinks.
Please note, the concession units will not serve alcohol.
Supporters will be able to access concession units at any time before, during, half-time and after the match.
