Walsall Football Club will unite with English Football in boycotting social media from 3pm today until 11.59pm on Monday 3rd May in response to the ongoing and sustained discriminatory abuse received online by players and many others connected to football.
As a result, we will not be posting on our official Twitter, Facebook and Instagram page during this time.
We will continue to update our official website – saddlers.co.uk where we will provide coverage for our match against Morecambe on Saturday.
Team news, match report and reaction will all be uploaded onto the official website while our live match centre (click the matches tab at the top of the page) will provide live text commentary during the game.
We will continue to upload videos to our official YouTube channel.
