In light of the recently announced government restrictions bringing back elements of lockdown for many people across England, the Walsall FC club shop will revert to online only from the commencement of the new measures on Thursday 5th November.
Supporters are encouraged to regularly check the online store to see any product discounts or new items that might be stocked during the lockdown period. Wherever possible any such new items will also be communicated via the clubs social media platforms.
Supporters are asked to be patient with club shop orders during this time as, to comply with government guidelines, staff are working reduced hours and days.
Orders will be via postal delivery only at this time and supporters making purchases are asked to appreciate that it could take up to three weeks before a delivery is received. If you do have any queries around your order, please email the club shop at firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your order confirmation number in the email heading. The shop will not be available to take calls at this time.
In addition, supporters purchasing matchday programmes are also asked for patience during this time where timelines, especially for midweek fixtures, means we are unable to have programmes up to date and ready to be posted out on the day of the game.
Any supporter who purchases a programme online and would like to receive a digital copy as well can request one to be sent to them in time for kick-off by emailing email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with their order number.
