Walsall Football Club can today confirm the partial re-opening of the Banks’s Stadium from Monday, 6th July.
The Stadium Offices and Club Shop have been deep cleaned and made COVID-19 Secure. Visits to the club offices, other than to visit the Ticket Office or Club Shop, will be by appointment only and all visitors will be required to sign in and be temperature checked upon arrival.
With the stadium re-opening, we can now confirm the process for supporters looking to claim a refund or refund package on their 2019/20 Season Tickets and individual match tickets.
While 2019/20 Season Ticket holders can claim a pro-rata refund on the four unfulfilled fixtures, we encourage supporters to consider taking advantage of the refund package which includes 20% off the 2020/21 Replica Shirt, a FREE ticket to a pre-season friendly and a voucher to bring a friend for FREE to two Sky Bet League Two matches during the 2020/21 season.
Please note, The Ticket Office will be open from Monday 6th July while the Club Shop will be open from Monday 13th July.
From July 13th , Both will be open on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s (9.30am-4.30pm). The Ticket Office will operate from the Club Shop on Wednesday’s and Friday’s. Neither facility will be open on Tuesday and Thursday.
Supporters who wish to take up the option of a refund package can now do so over the phone as well as visiting the Ticket Office.
Any supporters who wish to claim a pro-rata refund on Season Tickets or a refund on individual home or away match tickets can do so in person but we would encourage supporters to do so over the phone. Any supporters who kindly wish to waive their refund can also do this at the Ticket Office or over the phone. Supporters have until 31st August 2020 to claim their refund or refund package or we will assume that you have waived your refund/refund package.
