The Club Shop is back open at the Banks's Stadium with the 2020-21 Kit now on sale.
Social distancing measures are in place at the Club Shop as we look forward to welcoming supporters to the store for the first time since March.
The Club Shop will be open on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s from 9.30am-4.30pm and will not be open on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.
The new home and away kits will be available to purchase but please note, there are a small number of items that are not yet available.
They are:
- 2 YXS Home and Away Shirts
- Goalkeeper 2 YXS (Both colours)
- Away Adult Socks
- Shirt Printing
We're pleased to confirm that Ladies Home Shirts (sizes Small to XXL) and Infant kits ages 2-3, 3-4, 4-5, size 22, 24, 26 are now available to purchase from the shop.
We also now have a small number of Home Adult socks available.
Supporters can also utilise a click and collect service on the Online Store from 9.30am this morning and retrieve their purchases from the Club Shop.
We strongly encourage fans to wait for a confirmation email to come through first before visiting the shop' and that they can collect their items between 10am and 3pm.
Any supporters looking to claim a refund or refund package on their 2019/20 Season Tickets and individual match tickets.
While 2019/20 Season Ticket holders can claim a pro-rata refund on the four unfulfilled fixtures, we encourage supporters to consider taking advantage of the refund package which includes 20% off the 2020/21 Replica Shirt, a FREE ticket to a pre-season friendly and a voucher to bring a friend for FREE to two Sky Bet League Two matches during the 2020/21 season.
Supporters who wish to take up the option of a refund package can now do so over the phone as well as visiting the Ticket Office.
Any supporters who wish to claim a pro-rata refund on Season Tickets or a refund on individual home or away match tickets can do so in person but we would encourage supporters to do so over the phone.
Any supporters who kindly wish to waive their refund can also do this at the Ticket Office or over the phone. Supporters have until 31st August 2020 to claim their refund or refund package or we will assume that you have waived your refund/refund package.
