Whilst Walsall is currently in Tier 3, and currently unable to welcome supporters to the Banks’s Stadium, in readiness for Walsall entering in to Tier 2 at some stage, we would like to invite season ticket holders to come and collect their season tickets.
The next Government review on all Tiers is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 30th December, with the next home game after this date scheduled for Saturday, 2nd January.
We would ask all season-ticket holders to collect their booklets before this date and can confirm the opening times for the Ticket Office for the week beginning Monday 21st December for season ticket collections in order to facilitate this.
The Ticket Office will be open late this coming Monday and Tuesday and will also open during the day of our evening fixture against Scunthorpe United in order to facilitate the collection of season ticket booklets:
Monday 21st: 9.30am-7.00pm
Tuesday 22nd: 9.30am-7.00pm
Wednesday 23rd: 9.30am-1.00pm
Thursday 24th-Monday 28th: CLOSED
Tuesday 29th: 9.30am-3pm
Wednesday 30th-Sunday 3rd: CLOSED
Supporters collecting their season tickets are required to read and sign our Code of Conduct and present it when collecting their books. We will also have copies at the Ticket Office window for you to sign.

We can also confirm the opening times for the Club Shop over the festive period:
Monday 21st: 9.30am-4.30pm
Tuesday 22nd: CLOSED
Wednesday 23rd: 9.30am-1pm
Thursday 24th-Sunday 3rd: CLOSED
The Club Shop will re-open on Monday 4th January after the Christmas period however in the event that Walsall is moved into Tier 2 and we can welcome supporters to the game against Carlisle on January 2nd, the Club Shop will be open for 90 minutes before kick-off from 1.30pm to 3pm.
Please note, any online orders placed between Wednesday 23rd December and Sunday 3rd January will be processed when the shop re-opens on Monday 4th January.
