We are pleased to announce that, with thanks to Independent Saddlers Supporters Association, we will be placing a Legends Wall in the new Community Hub ahead of the new season.
The Supporters group, thanks to the generosity of you the fans, have raised funds and paid for a skin for the Legends Wall that will feature Saddlers stars and iconic moments chosen by the fans.
Over the next few days, we will be running a series of Twitter polls to determine which players and moments will feature.
The categories for each poll are as follows:
- All-time favourite Manager
- All-time favourite Goalkeeper
- All-time favourite Defender
- All-time favourite Midfielder
- All-time favourite Attacker
- All-time favourite Striker
- Favourite Academy product
- All time favourite game
- Favourite cup win
Each poll will have four options and will run for 24 hours.
The first poll will be launched on Thursday 13th August.
The players options will be based on fan selections from a recent ‘Saddlers Five-A-Side’ choice on our social media channels (see graphic below).
The winning players and moments will adorn the walls for years to come.
We would like to place on record our thanks to ISSA for purchasing the skin for the legends wall and we looking forward to seeing the final display up in the Community Hub.
