The Saddlers will face newly-promoted League One side Tranmere Rovers in a pre-season friendly at Prenton Park on Saturday 27th July, kick-off 3.00pm.
Micky Mellon’s men secured back-to-back play-off promotions after beating Newport County 1-0 after extra time in the League Two Wembley final.
The Saddlers emerged 3-1 winners when the sides met in the Carabao Cup first round last August, with Morgan Ferrier, Josh Ginnelly and Zeli Ismail scoring our goals.
