Walsall FC Community Programme are pleased to be hosting the Walsall Happier You (WHY) health initiative at the Banks’s Stadium, starting Wednesday 16th January.
In partnership with Public Health Walsall, sessions will run every Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm through to April,
These involve weekly activities and walking around the stadium for over 35s, along with monthly lifestyle workshops at Walsall Football Club.
There will also be opportunities to walk to Saddlers home matches from nearby Morrisons, with a free match ticket on offer to participants.
WHY aims to bring together people to help raise awareness of lifestyle issues such as heart disease or diabetes.
