Saddlers supporter Brandon Hall is cycling 200 miles in one day from Brighton to Walsall Manor Hospital in aid of cancer.
Taking place this Saturday, 15th September, the bike ride aims to raise funds for an AccuVein machine in the chemotherapy ward at the Manor Hospital.
The equipment will help cancer patients immensely as locating a vein to administer treatment often proves very challenging among the sick and elderly, causing much discomfort and distress.
Any surplus funds will be donated to Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
Brandon will be accompanied on his epic journey by a number of friends – also from Walsall – who refer to themselves as ‘Sister Dora’s Explorers’.
Cancer is a subject close to each of their hearts, having all had friends and relatives treated for the disease by the local Manor Hospital.
The group have already raised thousands of pounds for several charities, including Cancer Research UK, Cure Leukaemia and Children with Cancer.
You can help Brandon and his friends with his latest fundraising efforts by donating to his Go Fund Me page - https://www.gofundme.com/sister-dora039s-explorers
