Saddlers manager Dean Keates was left with mixed emotions following the 3-1 defeat against Burton Albion.
Goals from Jamie Allen, Devante Cole and Scott Fraser were enough to secure all three points for the Brewers.
And Keates was frustrated by the individual mistakes that cost this team.
“It’s very mixed emotions at the moment,” said Keates. “There is disappointment and frustration.
“We killed ourselves off and that is no disrespect to Burton who played really well.
“We have had an input in every single goal that we have conceded.
“We both set up with a very similar shape.
“We didn’t keep possession of the ball or use the extra man in the middle of the park.
“Both teams had that extra man in front of the back four but we didn’t have enough composure to make passes and we have to give full credit to them.”
