Walsall Football Club can confirm that Daniel Agyei and Zeli Ismail have been recalled by their parent clubs Burnley and Bury respectively at the end of their loan spells.
Agyei netted on his debut in our 2-1 victory over Plymouth Argyle on September 2nd, having also signed on the final day of the August transfer window.
The young striker returns to Premier League Burnley having scored five times in 21 appearances.
Winger Ismail scored three goals in 24 appearances for the Saddlers after signing on loan from the Shakers on deadline day back in August.
Manager Jon Whitney said: “We would like to thank both Zeli and Dan for their efforts.
“Dan’s attitude has been really good but we’ve just decided to go in a different direction and we couldn’t guarantee him minutes here.
“We would have absolutely loved to have kept Zeli but unfortunately he’s Bury’s player so they have called him back.”
