Young defender Dan Vann has joined Northern Premier League side Matlock Town on a one-month youth loan.
The 19-year-old signed his first professional contract with the Saddlers at the age of 17 and enjoyed a similar loan spell with Stafford Rangers back in February.
“I’m happy to go out on loan to play some games,” said the centre-back.
“I haven’t played many games because I got injured during pre-season.
“It’s important I’m playing games and it’s good to play against men.
“I really enjoyed it at Stafford last season and made some good friends there.
“It’s a lot more physical and playing against men is a lot harder.
“I felt I did well and hopefully I can play as many games as I can at Matlock to gain match fitness.”
