New signing Zeli Ismail is set to feature for the Saddlers' Development Squad against Port Vale this afternoon.
Fellow first-team stars Flo Cuvelier and Simeon Jackson will also be involved, in what is our first Central League North fixture of the season.
Milan Butterfield, who is currently on loan at Leamington, will also play.
The Saddlers' second string won the division last term, amassing 25 points from a possible 30, and also lifted the Walsall Senior Cup.
Kick-off at Ray Hall Lane is at 2.00pm.
