In-form striker Amadou Bakayoko scored his third goal in six matches as Worcester thrashed Stalybridge Celtic 5-0 in National League North. The 20-year-old, who bagged a last-gasp equaliser at Nuneaton on Saturday, netted City’s fourth goal with a close-range header from Daniel Nti’s inviting cross.

Bakayoko - a constant aerial threat throughout - twice went close in the first-half, heading wide from Danny Jackman’s corner and glancing another header off target.
Fellow Saddler Jordan Murphy, who played just over an hour, was presented with a fine scoring opportunity himself on nine minutes but was denied by visiting keeper Tony McMillan.
Victory for Worcester – their biggest of the season – lifted them up to 15th in the division, seven points clear of the relegation zone.
