Experienced retail staff needed...

FOLLOWING a member of staff recently departing on maternity leave, we are looking for an experienced, hard working individual to fill the position of Retail Assistant.

The Club Shop plays a vital role in offering merchandise, gifts and replica clothing to supporters. Located at the Banks's Stadium, the Retail Assistant will be required to carry out a number of responsibilities whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service. 

We are looking for a committed, friendly and approachable member of staff who has demonstrable experience in retail. 


You will be accepting stock deliveries and booking them into a computerised system whilst consistently monitoring stock levels and managing them accordingly.

You will be required to handle cash on a daily basis and balance daily figures. 

We pride ourselves on being a family friendly club and expect our members of staff to be approachable and outgoing whilst upholding the highest standard of customer service.


Monday - Friday: 9.30am til 4pm
Home Matchdays: 11am - 5pm
Evening Matchdays: 3pm - 8pm
