CHRISTMAS TOY AND FOOD COLLECTION

28 November 2015

Bring your new toys to our annual collection...

Walsall fans can make a difference this Christmas by donating to our annual Toy and Food collection at today’s match against Bradford City.

The collection, which is organised by the Walsall Football Supporters Trust, is now into its fifth year and supports local people who are less fortunate than ourselves.

As always, we are looking for Saddlers supporters to donate new toys for the first-team players to take to the Children’s Ward of the Manor Hospital on our annual Christmas visit in mid-December.

Our good friend Angela Kelly will also hand out toys to young children who are unfortunate enough to be in hospital on Christmas Day.

Any remaining toys will then be used to support good causes in the local area.

We will also be collecting food donations for the Thomas Project, part of the Black Country Food Bank, to help less fortunate families.

In addition, there will be a bucket collection bucket so supporters can donate their loose change, for us to purchase items on their behalf.

Please donate generously and make a difference to local people this Christmas.
