Saddlers' 'keeper giving away customised gloves...

SADDLERS' goalkeeper, Richard O’Donnell, is giving you the chance to take home a pair of exclusive customised KA goalkeeper gloves.

Fans are encouraged to tweet their selfies from Wembley this weekend to Walsall FC’s official twitter account (@WFCOfficial) using the hashtag #ODgloves for a chance to win the once in a lifetime prize

KA Goalkeeping’s Teknik Evo Roll gloves don’t hit the shops until the summer, but the Walsall stopper will be showcasing them at Wembley in our Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Final on Sunday.

O’Donnell will be filtering through fans selfies after the game before choosing a worthy winner to present with the gloves.

“As a goalkeeper, grip and comfort are essential to my performance and KA are the very best around,” said O’Donnell. “The Evo Roll’s look and feel fantastic and I want to be able to give Walsall supporters the chance to take home a pair for themselves.

“I’ve got the personalised wrist strap for the Final, so these really are a one-off glove.”

KA goalkeeping (@kagoalkeeping) was founded by professional goalkeeper, Kenny Arthur, in 2008 and have progressed ‘at a tremendous pace over the last few years, evolving into one of the fastest growing goalkeeper specific brands in the UK’.

“We’re a growing brand who have made great strides in developing gloves for goalkeepers of all abilities, from the grassroots game all the way up to the elite level,” commented Kenny. “Richard’s selfie competition is a fantastic way of engaging with fans from the club and sharing the Wembley experience across social media.

“He’ll be wearing the latest KA range on the day and it’s a great opportunity for a supporter to get their hands on the unique personalised gloves.”

The winner of the competition will be announced here on, Twitter and Facebook.
