French striker leaves Banks's Stadium....
FRENCH striker, Mathieu Manset, has had his contract cancelled by mutual consent and has departed Banks's Stadium.The 25 year-old joined the club in August and has figured in 24 games this term, the majority of which have come from the substitutes' bench.
"Unfortunately things did not go as well as we were hoping," said manager, Dean Smith. "A lot of that is to do with the excellent form of Tom Bradshaw.
"Mathieu has displayed a good attitude during his time with us, but at this stage of his career he needs to be playing regular first-team football, and we can't offer him that here.
"He leaves with our thanks and best wishes for the future."
