Midfield man rolls his sleeves up for Bantams battle...

MICHAEL Cain is ready to roll his sleeves up and do battle at Bradford City as The Saddlers look to get back into winning ways and extend our unbeaten away League run which extends to October.

"It's a heavy pitch up there," he said. "That said, it's going to be the same for both teams, so if we do what we are capable of, we'll give ourselves every chance of getting the points.

"We are keen to bounce back from last weekend and keep up our good away form. Bradford are one of the teams just above us, so it will be good to get the points to close the gap on them.

"Like ourselves they are buzzing from a Cup run, so we'll both be feeding off that.

"This is a key moment in the season for us; a run of results can make a big difference. We're close to where we want to be, but it's all about consistency. There's not a massive difference between any of the teams in this League and we feel that we can go away and beat anyone, as we have proved.

"We know that we have to turn our performances into results."
