Etheridge and Demetriou depart for qualifiers...

The duo are set to miss our Johnstone's Paint Trophy fixture against Morecambe on 1st September and home fixture with Bury four days later on 5th September.

Etheridge, who has represented his native Philippines on 44 occasions, will be hoping the Azkals can build on their promising World Cup qualification campaign when they take on Uzbekistan in Bocaue (9th Sept).

The nation of over 7,000 islands warm up for their Group H qualifier with a friendly against the Maldives (3rd September).

Meanwhile, Cyprus will benefit from the energetic performances of Jason Demetriou, when he links up with his compatriots for a testing double-header against Wales (3rd Sept) and Belgium (6th Sept).

The GSP Stadium in Nicosia will welcome the two top-ten FIFA ranked sides for their crunch Group B Euro 2016 qualifiers.
