Banks's host young lions on 28th August...

THE ENGLAND Under-17s squad for the St. George’s Park Tournament later this month has been named by new head coach Steve Cooper.
Cooper has named a 19-man squad for the first three games of the season, which see the Young Lions play against Italy, Portugal and Turkey.
With the First Qualifying Round of the UEFA Euro Championship coming up in October, the competition will provide Cooper with a chance to start preparations for the season ahead.
The majority of the squad worked under Cooper last season as U16s, but there are first England call-ups for Huddersfield Town defender Jordan Williams and Ipswich Town goalkeeper Nicholas Hayes.
Based at St. George’s Park, the get-together sees England play three games in five days starting with Italy at AFC Telford United’s Bucks Head Stadium on Wednesday 26 August.
They then face Turkey at Walsall’s Banks’s Stadium two days later before the final match with Portugal takes place at Burton Albion’s Pirelli Stadium on Sunday 30 August.
