Popular 'keeper set for 100th consecutive appearance...

IF SELECTED on Friday, popular goalkeeper, Richard O'Donnell, will make his 100th consecutive appearance for the club since his arrival from Chesterfield in the summer of 2013.

The 26 year-old has been a reliable last line of defence throughout that time and has kept an impressive 17 clean sheets this term.

"To make that many consecutive appearances is a record to be proud of," said manager, Dean Smith. "He's been a mainstay of the team and has a real desire to get better and progress.

"He's a case in point of what we are trying to achieve at the club and a lot of credit must also go to Goalkeeping Coach, Neil Cutler, who has played a key role in his development since he came here.

"This is a great achievement for Richard."
