Front-man looks back at our 2-1 defeat at Scunthorpe...
TOM BRADSHAW weighed in with another goal at Glanford Park but it wasn’t enough as we slipped to a 2-1 defeat to Scunthorpe United.
“It’s always nice to score, but It counts for nothing at the end of the day as we lost the game,” he said. “The lads were hurting afterwards because we know that we didn’t perform to the standards that we know we are capable of.
“We’ll be doing all that we can to right the wrongs and make sure that we can start picking up three points.
“It will be a case of analysing things on Monday and correcting where we went wrong in readiness for the next game.
“It’s still early days, but we need to start getting points on the board to get us to where we want to be.
“There’s no midweek fixture this week, so it gives us the chance to regroup and be ready to go again.
“We believe in what we are doing and I’m sure that the results will start to come for us.”
