THE LADS are playing with a lot of confidence right now. Our performance levels over the past five or six games have been very good and we need to ensure that this continues.The players have turned things around with hard work and commitment; their efforts are now being rewarded with points on the board and it's four games unbeaten now following Wednesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy victory over Sheffield United.
This is such a tight League with everyone capable of beating each other. It's all about being consistent in what you do.
Peterborough United won in the FA Cup last weekend, which should give them a bit of confidence following three successive League defeats, all against clubs in the lower reaches of the table, proving that anyone can beat each other.
That said, they have some good players in their team and, just like last season, they are in amongst the leading pack.
It's a third home game in the space of a week for us and we are really looking forward to it. Please get behind the lads as you have done throughout the season so far.
