Whitney shares his expertise...

THE SADDLERS' Senior Physiotherapist, Jon Whitney, has developed an outstanding reputation within the game during his ten years at Banks’s Stadium.

He has gained a wealth of knowledge and qualifications that he is now making available to the general public.

Whitney, who prior to joining The Saddlers amassed well over 200 senior appearances as a no-nonsense and committed full-back for the likes of Huddersfield Town, Wigan Athletic, Hull City and Lincoln City, has set up SoccAgility Ltd.

SoccAgility offers physical instruction and mentoring for youngsters from the age of three to 18.

Based on a new concept, which has been designed and developed by Jon Whitney, called FAST (Functional Agility Strength Training), it’s a fun and energetic fitness programme which allows children to train like the professionals.

The programme involves progressive strength and conditioning exercises based on the movement patterns of football to create a dynamic fitness experience with lifelong benefits for your child.

Starting next week, sessions will be held at Rowley Park (astro-turf) in Stafford on Thursdays between 5.30pm and 6.25pm for youngsters in the 11-16 age group (football specific) and at Cardinal Griffin School (3G surface) in Cannock each Monday evening between 5.00pm and 6.00pm for 11-16 year-olds (all sports).

Free taster classes are available and all staff involved are full CRB-checked.

Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity. Places are limited and demand is expected to be high, so book now!

Visit www.soccagility.com for further information or to book your place.
