Full-back relishing Coventry challenge...
THE SADDLERS head for Sixfields Stadium on Wednesday as we look to return to winning ways against Coventry City (kick-off 7.45pm).
“We were disappointed not to pick up any points at Preston, but we move on to Coventry now,” said James Chambers. “I’m not sure what kind of atmosphere there will be at the game or what condition the surface will be in, but we will make sure that we perform well to give us the best possible chance of taking the three points.
“Hopefully we can reward our travelling fans and get back into winning ways.
“There are good players in this team and as such we go into every game with confidence. It’s about doing the right things and adding to our points tally.
“All we can do between now and the end of the season is have a real go at it. We’ve got a young and energetic group who don’t get too carried away when things are going well but by the same token are not too down when things are maybe not going our way.
“There are big games coming up and if we can get on a bit of a run we will enjoy the quick turnaround in matches.
“If we remain confident and keep playing, we will be okay. We have to concentrate on each game as it comes and try not to get too far ahead of ourselves.”
