1888 Club Lounge looking good...
FOLLOWING some intense work over the past month or so, the 1888 Club Lounge is almost complete.There are a few finishing touches to be added, including some artwork on the wall that surrounds the trophy cabinet, but the room is looking good and will become a prestigious and unique addition to the matchday experience here at Banks’s Stadium.
Bryan Taylor, Andy Thomas and their team of experts have worked hard to transform the Swifts Lounge and four of the Executive Boxes into a salubrious members’ lounge where business and pleasure can intertwine, giving you the opportunity to network in a vibrant, modern and dynamic environment whilst sharing a mutual passion for football with other members.
“This is a really exciting project,” said Commercial Manager, Nina Best. “It’s something that we have been planning for, for a long time and now the dream is starting to become a reality.
“We are delighted with how the room looks and we can't wait to show it off. It's going to be an exclusive members’ room where business and pleasure will go hand-in-hand in stylish surroundings that overlook the pitch.
“Members of the 1888 Club will be guaranteed a premium, padded seat for all home League, Cup and pre-season fixtures within a dedicated section of the Main Stand.
“The 1888 Club will be served by a friendly host who will be on hand to offer personal attention and first-class hospitality.
“Your Personal Account Manager from our Commercial Team will ensure that you benefit from networking and introductions to fellow members.
“1888 Club members will enjoy exclusive use of the lounge and bar facilities from 1.00pm on a Saturday matchday, where they can relax with complimentary newspapers, the Matchday Programme, free tea and coffee and wi-fi access.
“The live action from the day’s Sky Sports’ game will also be beamed on the LED television screens and you will be able to order from the Matchday Snack Menu, making this THE place to be in the build-up to the big kick-off.
“There will also be the option to upgrade to our 1888 Club Diner Membership Package and enjoy a sumptuous two-course Matchday Carvery Meal in The Bonser Suite.
“During the half-time interval, refreshments will be available and then, once the full-time whistle has sounded, you will be able to discuss the action over a post-match drink.
“We will also be inviting 1888 Club members to other events at Banks’s Stadium, such as Cabaret Nights and Sporting Dinners, and there will be favourable rates on hiring the room out on non-matchdays.
