A team made up of young professionals and youth team players acquitted themselves well against the local non-League outfit.

Playing some good football, first-year scholar, Brendan Pooni, gave us a half-time lead when he finished off a neat move.

There was a second half penalty save from Craig MacGillivray as we held on to claim victory on another evening where there were plenty of positives to come out of our performance.

Our reserve team home games will once more be played at Chasetown this season as our excellent relationship with The Scholars continues.
