Loan man off the mark...
ON-LOAN front-man, Michael Ngoo, came off the bench to celebrate his first goal for the club in our 1-1 Good Friday draw at Carlisle United.
“I feel great,” he said. “It’s took a while to come, but I am delighted to get off the mark.
“My main intent when I came on was to make an impact and try to help the team. It was a great ball in from Kieron Morris and I was delighted to see the ball go in.
“That was for the team, myself and everyone at the club who has got behind me.
“Today is a new beginning for me and I want to build from here. I will take this confidence into Monday’s game and hopefully I can end with a few more goals to my name.
“It’s about staying strong as a team and keep getting the results to finish as high as we can.
“There is no point letting our hard work go to waste, we need to keep pushing and finish in a positive frame of mind.
“I’m still learning the game and this is good experience for me.”
