Both kits now available to buy from JD Sports...

THE England home and away kits for this summer’s World Cup tournament are available to pre-order from today at JD Sports.

The all-white home strip is closest in design to the kit worn by England for the 1970 World Cup hosted in Mexico. The most notable differences are the inclusion of the sponsor’s logo on the right breast, a silver pinstripe designed to catch the light and a change of material for the three lions that makes them shine in the right conditions.

The away kit also sees the return of the red shirt and white shorts worn against West Germany in the 1970 quarter finals but notably the 2014 design includes a St. George’s cross subtly embedded within the fabric. The cross isn’t visible up close and has been designed by Nike to stand out from a distance.

You can also personalise your shirt with any name and number for £10.
