CHAMBERS PLOTTING TO END O'S RUN

27 September 2013

Midfield man looking forward to Capital test...

MIDFIELD man, Adam Chambers, is plotting to end Leyton Orient’s outstanding start to the season which has seen his former club take maximum points from their opening eight League games.

Chambers chalked up almost 200 appearances for The O’s during five years at Brisbane Road.

“They have made a great start,” he said. “They will be keen to maintain that on Saturday, but every team they come up against now will want to be the ones who end the run.

“We go into the game in good form ourselves. We’ve picked up some impressive results recently and have the belief that we can get a result whoever we come up against at this level.

“When teams do well, a big part of it is the spirit that exists around the place and I believe that both teams have that in abundance.

“It should be a really good game and for me personally, I am looking forward to seeing some familiar faces.

“It’s always nice to go back, but once the action starts, I will be going all out to help us achieve another positive result.”
