Boss prepares for Colchester trip...
WE HEAD to Colchester looking to maintain the standards that we have set ourselves on the road so far this season.We've done well at some very tough places and I'm expecting another test on Saturday. Colchester have a good squad and they are expecting to have some of their injured players back in action.
I've been beaten on my three previous visits there, so it's not a happy hunting ground, but it's what we do on the day that counts.
Last weekend we had the performance but not the result, so hopefully we'll get both this time around.
We're creating chances; the time to worry is when that is not the case. Sometimes we need that bit of composure, but we've got strikers at this club that a lot of other teams would want and other players that can weigh in with goals.
