TEAM TALK v CRAWLEY, 16/3/13

Boss ready for Crawley...

IT WILL be a tough game for us. They have lost just once in seven games so are in good form, but so are we.

We know that they have some good players in their ranks and have a decent size budget. It will be nice to see Mat Sadler. He did well for us last season and is a good lad. I'd say that he was my Player of the Season last year and has been consistent for Crawley this term.

It's all about concentrating on what we do and focussing on the next game. We're ready and prepared for the challenge that Crawley will present to us and can't wait to get out there and face it head on.

The pressure is what we put on ourselves. We analyze our opponents fully before the game and then debrief afterwards as we strive to develop and get better.

Hopefully the type of football that we are playing and the results that we have achieved will attract more through the gate and this in turn will have a bearing on the budget that I have for next season.

There will be over 1,000 youngsters at Saturday's game as part of the Community Programme's Partner Schools initiative so that will give us an added boost and I would like to welcome these supporters and hope that they will return on future occasions.

The support that we have received this season has been tremendous and more of the same is required on Saturday.

DEAN SMITH
