Baxendale pens new three-year deal...
JAMES Baxendale has given The Saddlers an eve of season boost by putting pen-to-paper on a three-year deal.The talented youngster impressed during the course of last season and weighed in with some fine goals, whilst his progress has continued during pre-season.
A product of the Leeds United youth system, he progressed through the ranks before being released at the end of the 2010/11 season.
He was snapped up by hometown club, Doncaster Rovers where he made a couple of early appearances before being sent out on loan, ending 2011/12 at Hereford United.
The winger was released by Doncaster following their relegation into League One during the summer of 2012 and arrived at Banks’s Stadium looking to kick-start his career.
Baxendale has certainly done that and has a key role to play during the course of the campaign ahead.
